Medical Disclaimer

Read this carefully

Heill AI is a wellness and fitness app. The information, scores, plans, scans, voice coaching, and recommendations it provides are for general informational and educational purposes only — they are not medical advice, not a medical device, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

1. No doctor–patient relationship

Using Heill AI does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–patient, or any other licensed-professional relationship between you and Heill AI, its team, or any third party referenced in the app. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, registered dietitian, certified trainer, mental-health professional or other licensed clinician with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, fitness program, supplement, or change in diet, sleep, or training.

2. AI-generated content is not personalised medical guidance

Heill AI uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching messages, meal plans, supplement timing, sleep targets, hydration goals, workout programs and body / face / skin analyses. These outputs are statistical estimates, may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated, and do not consider your full medical history. Never rely on AI output to make a medical decision.

3. Body, face and skin scans

Photo-based body composition, face health, and skin analyses are estimates derived from computer vision models — not clinical measurements. They are not a substitute for in-person assessment by a dermatologist, physician or other licensed professional. Do not use these scans to self-diagnose moles, lesions, rashes, infections, eating disorders or any other condition.

4. Wearable, HealthKit and Health Connect data

Step, sleep, heart-rate, HRV and workout data imported from Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Google Fit, Fitbit, Garmin, Whoop, Oura or other wearables is provided as-is by the source device and platform. Sensor readings can be inaccurate; do not use them for clinical decision-making. If a reading concerns you (e.g. abnormal heart rate), contact a medical professional.

5. Diet, supplements and hydration

Calorie, macro, hydration and supplement-timing suggestions are general recommendations based on the information you provide. They may not be appropriate for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, elderly, or have diabetes, kidney disease, eating disorders, allergies, or any other medical condition or medication interaction. Consult your doctor or a registered dietitian before changing your diet or taking any supplement.

6. Training and exercise

Exercise carries risk of injury. Workout plans, form-check feedback and program recommendations are not personalised physical therapy and do not account for injuries, joint conditions, cardiovascular conditions or pregnancy. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, severe shortness of breath, or sharp / persistent pain.

7. Emergencies

Heill AI is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency — including chest pain, signs of stroke, severe allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts or self-harm — call your local emergency number immediately or go to the nearest emergency room.

8. No warranty, limitation of liability

Heill AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heill AI and its operators are not liable for any decision you make, or harm you suffer, in reliance on the app's content. Your use of the app is at your sole risk. See our Terms and Privacy Policy for the full terms.

9. Updates

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. Continued use of Heill AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated disclaimer.
